  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and agree to notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised or falling any issues.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you have authorized them.

5. Product Listings and Transactions

  • Theggo allows users to list and sell products through its platform. Product listings and descriptions are provided by the sellers, and we do not guarantee the accuracy or legality of any listings.
  • Any transaction made through Theggo is between the buyer and the seller. We are not a party to these transactions, but we may assist in facilitating communication and payment processing between the two parties.
  • All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. Taxes, shipping fees, and other costs may apply.

6. Payment Processing

  • Payments for transactions made through Theggo are processed via third-party payment providers. By using Theggo, you agree to comply with the payment provider's terms and conditions.
  • You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for any transactions you make on the platform.

  • All content, software and materials on Theggo, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, images, and design, are the property of Careinfo Solutions or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. User Generated Content

10. Termination of Use

11. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Careinfo Solutions, its affiliates, and its employees will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of Theggo, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
  • We do not guarantee the availability, functionality, or security of Theggo and are not responsible for any technical issues or outages.

12. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Careinfo Solutions, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Theggo or violation of these Terms.

    • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
    • Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Theggo shall be resolved through mediation in Kathmandu, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

    14. Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
